New TV Ad
Yesterday, John McCain's presidential campaign released its latest television ad, entitled "Broken." The ad highlights John McCain's record of taking on the special interests in Washington. The ad will air in key states.

Super Saturday Success On Saturday, August 2nd, McCain volunteers packed our 3 Victory offices in Manchester, Stratham and Nashua for our Super Saturday volunteer event. We contacted thousands of voters across the state. Our next Super Saturday will be on August 23rd!

The campaign announced that Cindy McCain will be the special guest on a conference call to be held with house parties across the state on August 14th. McCain Blogs, Sites and Networks

While the McCain online presence has lagged behind the Democrats, there has been a recent increase in supporter run pages. A key element of connecting and promoting the average McCain blogger or site owner has been the McCain Victory 08 Blog Roll. This lists many of the active pro-McCain sites on the web. Some of these sites are strictly dedicated to supporting Senator McCain for President, while others focus on other topics yet also are signed on as McCain supporters. For example this post was originally published at Broad Side of the Barn, a site with a broad focus yet often used to host McCain related pages like the McCain Traffic page. An affiliate of that site is Purple People Vote, a site for Independents and Moderates that is focused on the presidential race. Yet recently there has been the addition of sites like McCain Google Groups, which focuses on state based volunteering and resouces. A couple new and promising social network sites have emerged, McCain Now and John McCain 2008. These site include a variety of features such as individual blogs, and topic discussions. They add a new wrinkle to McCain SocNets; though MySpace and Facebook still have active McCain groups too. A couple of the major McCain contributor based blogs include Blogs 4 McCain and Blogs for McCain Victory. There is always a need to increase the reach of the McCain online presence. For those who would like to become bloggers, or would like blogging tips there is McCain Blogger Resources. It includes a simple how to article for McCain supporters to set up there own blog. As more sites go online an join the growing McCain blogger/online volunteer community the message and reach of the McCain campaign is given a better opportunity to grow. Bloggers, site owners, network managers all welcome newcomers and hope you will consider volunteering online and off.

McCain's NH Campaign Manager Addresses Push Polls and Shady Advertising

This letter address to New Hampshire supporters addresses push polling and false advertising done be other campaigns in the early primary states.

"Dear Friend,
There they go again. Our campaign is receiving new reports of push polling designed to undermine popular support for John McCain. Remember, it was this sort of tactic that was used to derail Senator McCain in South Carolina following his 2000 victory here. Now, with our campaign surging in New Hampshire, it seems our opponents are determined to stoop to similar lows to try and stop us now, knowing that a victory here will spark the momentum that will carry John McCain to the nomination.

What they fail to recognize is New Hampshire voters' absolute disdain for these negative tactics, and their determination to punish any campaign that engages in them.

The good news is if John McCain is being attacked, it is because the other candidates know he is either in the lead or closing in fast. Already, Gov. Romney has sent thousands of misleading, negative mail pieces to New Hampshire voters, and we fully expect more where that came from. Last month, an unknown group or candidate now under investigation by the Attorney General tried to frame Sen. McCain using similar push poll calls. And now, the calls being received by New Hampshire voters are from a shadowy group supporting Gov. Huckabee.

Sen. McCain will NEVER cast his honor aside for political gain, but he also won't stand idly by while others disparage his good name. In order to counteract the negative attacks from other candidates, we MUST work extra hard to make sure every voter hears Sen. McCain's positive message.

I am personally asking you to commit a few hours of your time to help John McCain combat the attacks and make sure every voter knows he's the one Republican candidate who can beat Hillary Clinton and the Democrats.

Will you step up to the plate on behalf of John McCain?
Every day from now until Primary Day, our staff and dedicated volunteers will be working day and night to make phone calls, sign wave, write letters and conduct other critical tasks. We have aggressive goals and will need every supporter to pitch in just a few hours of time if we are to accomplish everything we need to before January 8th.

Get Off the Couch for McCain

I recieved this e-mail today from Joelle of the McCain Campain. I am taking a week off in (probably) early January to volunteer for the McCain Campaign in NH. If you have six weeks, great. If you have 6 hours, that probably works to.

Can you invest six weeks of your time to make history?
